DK Shopzon – Refund & Returns Policy

At DK Shopzon, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence.
⚠ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be initiated directly through DK Shopzon.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers)
- Personal care or intimate products (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards and downloadable software/digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank for further clarification.

6. Exchange Policy
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, email us at dkshopzon@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
7. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
