  We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
  
  1. Return Period
  Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
  
  2. Eligibility for Return
  To be eligible for a return:
  The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  Tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
  Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
  Note: Do not return the item to the manufacturer. All returns must be initiated through DK Shopzon.
  
  3. Non-Returnable Items
  Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  Personal or intimate products (e.g. innerwear, cosmetics)
  Customized or made-to-order items
  Gift cards and downloadable software
  Items marked as “Final Sale”
  
  4. Refund Process
  Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
  You’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  
  5. Late or Missing Refunds
  If you haven’t received your refund:
  Recheck your bank account.
  Contact your credit card provider and then your bank.

  6. Exchange Policy
  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at dkshopzon@gmail.com with order details and images.
  
  7. Gifts
  If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the return value. If the gift was not marked, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
